At Ann-Maree Designs we will always endeavor to provide great products and customer satisfaction. We want to make your shopping experience both satisfying and a store you will return to as we develop new products and grow in the future.
All images, text and design on this site are the sole property of Ann Maree Designs. Content on this site cannot be copied or used in any way. Failure to adhere to this may result in a breach of copyright or trademark, or other laws leading to civil and criminal prosecution.
A M Dance Designs or any linked sites cannot be held accountable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this site or linked site.
Every effort is made to ensure all content provided by A M Dance Designs is 100% accurate. The dimensions shown are the outside dimensions of each item.
A M Dance Designs will always use Registered Australia Post or a Reputable Courier with a signature required to ensure receipt of goods.
A M Dance Designs cannot be held responsible for delays in postage, or the loss of items in transit, as it is out of our control. However, we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.
If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to A M Dance Designs, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.
Postage Costs are for Australian Delivery Only. Please Email firstname.lastname@example.org for an International Delivery Price.

Items are not refunded for Change of Mind
If the item is faulty it must be returned within 7 days of receipt by email.
The item/s must not be used and in original saleable condition
The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
We reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. A response for faulty claims will be received within 5 working days of the items returned to us.
If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be returned at no cost to you.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit, therefore we recommend you use a Registered courier or eParcel through Australia Post to return the goods. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items in transit.
